LIJ Medical Center's Katz Women's Hospital opened January 25 and soon welcomed its first baby - Avital Kichikova, daughter of Rosa and Ilya Kichikova of Flushing, Queens, who were presented with a gift basket to commemorate the occasion by hospital executive director Chantal Weinhold.
