We are proud to report that The 2011 edition of U.S. News & World Report’s “America’s Best Children’s Hospitals” ranks Cohen Children's Medical Center among America's best 50 Children's Hospitals according the most recent rankings released by U.S. News and World Report. The publication's pediatric rankings were published on its website and will appear in the "Best Hospitals" print guide. "Best Children's Hospitals" collects clinical and operational data from a lengthy survey. The survey asks hundreds of questions about survival rates, nurse staffing, subspecialty availability and many more pieces of critical information difficult or impossible for those in charge of a child's care to find on their own. The data from the survey is combined with recommendations from pediatric subspecialists on the hospitals they consider best for children.
Over 170 hospitals submitted information and U.S. News ranked the top 50 nationwide in 10 categories. We were among the top fifty in EVERY clinical category: Cancer
