The Division of Pediatric Dentistry at Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children’s Medical Center of New York strives to provide oral healthcare to every child.
Our pediatric dental clinic is staffed by board-certified/board-eligible pediatric dentists. We provide a multi-disciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents, including those with special medical, physical or emotional needs.
Most of our patients receive primary and preventative care in our out-patient clinic. However, we also offer treatment under nitrous oxide, oral sedation, IV anesthesia or general anesthesia - allowing us to care for patients with a variety of needs. The dentists are recognized for their superior patient care, comprehensive post-dental school training and education in oral pathology, anesthesiology, pediatric medicine and emergency care.
