Head and Neck Cancers
The Center for Head and Neck Oncology at the North Shore-LIJ Health System is the premier center for head and neck cancer care in the region.
Head and neck malignancies represent a diverse, challenging spectrum of cancers, and our expert teams and advanced services offer the highest quality care. And because we are part of the North Shore-LIJ System, our patients have the support of full-service hospitals to care for the whole person.
With close to 750 new patients each year, the Center for Head and Neck Oncology provides multidisciplinary care centered on the individual needs of each patient.
The Center is one of a select number of specialized programs in the Northeast, and the only one on Long Island dedicated to head and neck cancer patients. Our Lenox Hill Hospital office is a convenient location for residents of Manhattan and Westchester.
Our specialists are preserving function and quality of life for patients and lead research programs in collaboration with the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research and the new Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine.
