On June 24, a group that opposed the sale of St. Vincent's Hospital campus to the Rudin family voluntarily dismissed its April 18 appeal (Pulse, April 21) regarding the bankruptcy court's approval of the sale. The group—Dudley Gaffin, Alan Gerson and Dr. Robert Adelman—had asked the court to delay the sale.
