National report shows how states compare on drug use, mental health issues

A state-by-state analysis by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) showed that cigarette smoking has decreased in 35 states since 2002. And, the states with the most illicit drug use also had the highest levels of marijuana use and 13 states showed declines in cocaine use.
