John Lovecchio, M.D., is Chief of Gynecologic Oncology of the North Shore-LIJ Health System whose major areas of research are in uterine and ovarian cancers. Dr. Lovecchio holds administrative and leadership positions in regional and national professional organizations and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and tests. He is widely regarded as a leading physician-surgeon and has received numerous awards in recognition of his academic and professional achievements. Dr. Lovecchio a is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the New York University School of Medicine.
