Dr. Jeffrey Katz, Director, Stroke and Vascular Neurology, North Shore University Hospital and Cushing Neuroscience Institute, is able to treat a stroke patient remotely through the use of Robo Doc, a novel robotic device that is being used to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients when a physician is not available onsite.
