The Pediatric Neuroscience Center, located at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, pays special attention to the needs of children as well as their families, focusing on a multidisciplinary comprehensive program for pediatric brain and spinal cord disorders and injuries. Included among the conditions our center specialists treat are tumors of the brain and spinal cord, traumatic brain injury, vascular malformations, hydrocephalus, chronic pain and movement disorders, congenital anomalies of the brain and developmental disabilities including cerebral palsy, seizures, headaches, learning disorders, attention deficit disorders and autism.
