Public Health Insurance

The State of New York offers public health insurance at no or low cost to you and your family.

You may be eligible to participate in these programs, based on your family size and current income.

You will need to fill out an application to see if you are eligible. Our team of enrollment counselors are happy to help you fill out the application. You will need to bring documentation of your current income and family size when you meet with the enrollment counselor.

Medicaid

  • For uninsured children and adults
  • NYS resident and legal immigration status required.
  • Eligibility is based on household size and income.

Child Health Plus

  • For uninsured children under the age of 19 who are not eligible for Medicaid.
  • Children are eligible regardless of immigration status and household income.

  • For uninsured pregnant women and adolescents residing in NYS.
