About Me

I am a board-certified medical oncologist whose clinical practice is dedicated exclusively to the care of patients with all stages of breast cancer. I am part of a large multidisciplinary team of devoted specialists who share my goal of providing exceptional care to patients fighting breast cancer. My research is focused on prevention of the disease prevention of recurrence after surgery and treatment of recurrences.

Working with a broad team of experts I am involved in clinical and translational studies that aim to develop better hormone therapies and improved chemotherapy drugs. I am member of the New York Metropolitan Breast Cancer Group the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program/National Cancer Institute the American Society of Clinical Oncology the American College of Physicians and the Cancer and Leukemia Group B (CALGB) where I serve on the Committee on Advocacy Research Communications and Ethics.
