We provide complete rehabilitative care in a short-term setting for individuals recovering from stroke, post-acute orthopedic, cardiac, neurosurgical, vascular and other medical/surgical procedures.
We know that each of our patients has a unique set of personal circumstances. Our team of nursing and rehabilitation professionals works together to design a treatment program and set goals that fit your special needs. Depending on your condition and goals, your personalized team may include:
- Physicians, including Physiatrists and Psychologists
- Therapists (physical, occupational, speech, recreational)
- Social workers
- Case Managers
Your rehab team provides care under the direction of our physicians, as well as your primary physician. Your family and friends are encouraged to visit and participate in your rehabilitation, as well as attend patient/family conferences about your progress and your at-home care after discharge.
