Business Meetings

In order to maximize the learning experience, fellows participate in many of the following activities:

• System and facility administrative and management meetings
• Capital and operating budget meetings and hearings
• Nurse Executive Council
• System and facility performance improvement coordinating group meetings
• Joint conference/professional affairs meetings
• One-on-one discussions with health system chiefs and facility officers
• Trustee meetings (where appropriate)
• Other health system and facility meetings (where appropriate)
