Electronic Medical Records

The North Shore-LIJ Health System is installing an advanced clinical information system to automate and streamline the flow of information between all of your care providers.  This new Electronic Medical Record will include test results, physician orders and all documentation related to your care.  This multi-year project is well-underway and will be phased in at each of our facilities to ensure that your medical information travels with you wherever you are receiving care in our health system.
