The Spine Care and Rehabilitation Program at STARS (Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation Services) is performed by our McKenzie Certified (Cert. MDT) physical therapists. The McKenzie philosophy involves a comprehensive approach of assessment, treatment and prevention techniques. Our program includes:

• An initial evaluation performed by McKenzie Certified (Cert. MDT) Physical Therapists
• A specific and individualized treatment plan with emphasis on active patient involvement
• Each patient will be instructed in the following:
  • A thorough understanding of their diagnosis
  • How to manage your problems independently
  • Strategies to minimize the risk of recurrence
