The Speech Language Department of North Shore-LIJ offers a variety of services, specializing in the treatment and evaluation of patients with speech, voice, language, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing disorders. Our skilled speech language pathologists provide one-on-one care, aimed at patient’s individual needs and goals. Services are provided to the adult and geriatric population within acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings.
