North Shore-LIJ Every Woman Matters Walkers Visit ABC’s Good Morning America

An enthusiastic group from the North Shore-LIJ Health System were invited to participate as part of the VIP audience at Wednesday’s Good Morning America show on ABC. Promoting Every Woman Matters: A Walk for Women and Their Families, these employees and volunteers brought along posters and signs publicizing the walk. The goal of the May 16 walk is to empower women with knowledge so that she can make the right health care choices for her family.
During filming breaks, Good Morning America anchors George Stephanopoulos and Robin Roberts welcomed the group to the show and encouraged picture taking.
